Regulations of the CustomMake Online Store

§ 1 General provisions

 

- These Regulations specify the rules for using the CustomMake online store available at www.CustomMake.pl.

- By placing an order in the CustomMake online store, the Client, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, accepts these Regulations.

 

§ 2 Orders

 

- Orders in the online store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Orders placed on business days after 4:00 PM and on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- An order will be accepted for processing upon receipt of payment confirmation by the Store.

- The Client has the option to choose the method of delivery and payment.

- The Store reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in the case of product unavailability or other circumstances preventing order fulfillment.

- The fulfillment of custom-made products may change due to the complex production process, of which the Ordering Party will be informed by phone or email.

 

§ 3 Delivery

 

- Orders are delivered through courier companies InPost and DPD.

- Delivery of the order takes place within 2 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched.

- The Store is responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors and third parties.

 

§ 4 Custom-made products

 

- Custom-made products, including personalized products, are made individually for the Client.

- The fulfillment of a custom order may take up to 14 days.

- Returns of custom-made products are not possible due to their individual nature.

- The Store is not responsible for the content placed on custom-made products, including content provided by the Client.

- The Store is only responsible for the quality of the custom-made product.

- In the case of critical quality violations of the custom-made product, upon reviewing and accepting the complaint by the Store, the Client is entitled to a partial or full refund.

 

§ 5 Copyright

 

- The Client ordering a product with their own design specifies the rights to the possibility of executing the product by the Store.

- The Store is not responsible for the content placed on the product but for the quality of its execution.

- Photos placed on the website are for preview purposes, and the Store does not claim rights to any trademarks, which remain the property of their author.

 

§ 6 Complaints

 

- Complaints regarding orders should be submitted in writing to reklamacje@custommake.pl.

- The complaint should include: the Client's name and surname, address, order number, description of product defects, date of purchase.

- The Store will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint.

 

§ 7 Personal data protection

 

- Client personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

- Detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

 

§ 8 Final provisions

 

- These Regulations come into force on the day they are posted on the website.

- The Store reserves the right to change these Regulations. The Store will inform Clients about changes to the Regulations by posting the new content of the Regulations on the Store's website.
